You may or may not know that last year at this time I was working hard on a BIG HUGE project!! An infomercial!! It was an amazing experience!!
The “show” is not currently running on the air, but I thought I’d share it here with you. The show was called “the Slim Chick Solution”. The company we worked with changed the name from “BuffMother” to appeal to a broader group of women, but the information is all about the “BuffMother Hormonal Timing Method” which I’ve been teaching you through my books and coaching program.

The Band workouts on these videos, offer an alternative to weights…they are a fun change of pace, a great at home or traveling alternative.
