Erinn's Testimonial

Why I love the RR - 2007

Erinn of IN

I have been active my entire life, however, I didn't develop my "passion" for fitness unti the past few years.  I was searching for ways to expand my fitness knowledge so I joined fitness websites where others also shared their information and ideas.  Michelle Berger's name kept coming up in discussions. I soon became disenchanted with the nature of the other websites so I explored Michelle's website, buffmother.com.

From the wings I viewd buffmother.  Michelle's story intrigued and amazed me and soon I found myself a member of the Rally Room. The Rally Room has given me a forum to express ideas, search for information and find support from an amazing group of women.  They have become my sounding board, my shoulder to cry on and my support system that lifts me up and applauds my accomplishments.  I am only so happy to do the same for them.  It is refreshing to find a group of mothers who dedicate themselves not only to their families but have strong dedication to their own personal health and well being.  In the 8 months that I have been a member, I've seen women not only change their physiques, but change their attitudes for the better, become more fulfilled and reach their goals in all areas of their lives.

The fitness information I have learned while a member of the Rally Room is immeasurable.  We are strong and buffmother encourages me to be my strongest.  I've learned how to feed my body to reach my fullest potential and to exercise my mind, heart and muscles to become my very best.

What surprised me the most about the Rally Room was Michelle's involvement.  I understood that buffmother.com was Michelle's vision and dream, but I believed the Rally Room was a place for members to share their ideas.  However, Michelle is fully involved in each member's success. She shares, gives encouragement, and is truly a mentor to us all.  Each day that I spend time in the Rally Room is time well spent because I believe that mothers, especially strong mothers are what build our future - our children, the next generation.  The members of the Rally Room are those strong mothers that not only are building their bodies, but are building better families and confident healthy children. The Rally Room feels like home to me.
