Motivation Tips
Do you ever wonder, "Who Stole My Mojo?"

Mojo is what you need to close the enormous gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it. How can you find and keep your MOJO (motivation)?

1. MY #1 solution is to take the focus off of me and give
energy to someone else. That's why the motto of the Rally Room  is "The Key to your Motivation is to encourage
OTHERS!"  Just try it- give a little of your energy to
someone else and you will be amazed at the motivation
you get in return!!

2. Believe - Seeing is believing!  See the proof and
build your belief that it can be done by reading
Success Stories and seeing inspirational photos
Believe that you CAN and you WILL!!!
(please read my article “Believe”)

3. Synergy - Realize you are not alone!  Being fit and healthy is not easy and often a lonely journey. Being a part of TEAM BuffMother! gives you a sense of belonging and the synergy you need to succeed. We are all striving to help each other create healthy bodies, lives and legacies. The energy and excitement you find in Rally Room offers even more support and a closer connection to others.  And will catapult you to the “next level” of motivation!

4. Legacy - When you embrace the fact that every little choice you make has an impact on others FOREVER, your motivation to succeed with skyrocket!  Step up! Take a hold of your life!! YOU have the power to create GENERATIONAL HEALTH!

Rally Room members answer the question, “What are some of your solutions to
staying motivated?”

My motivation is my husband. He married a cute little thing, and I need to stay that way. I want to look great for him. It makes me feel good when I look good. It make me feel better when people think that my husbands wife looks good. In the end, we all feel better!!

I have a picture on my fridge of a lady I would like to be semi built like. I tell everyday, ONE Day. I need a poster of you to put by my workout station. Also, knowing how good I will feel afterwards. I motivated myself in the consistency challenge by rewarding myself with a pedicure if I finished. I didn't have to have major results, just couldn't give up. Guess what, I got my pedicure. Yippee. Hope this helps. Live, Laugh, and Love.

I get my mojo back when I encourage others! And when I can't get online, I look at my son and it all comes back to me why I'm taking care of myself. You also have to realize that nobody can make you want to work out or get healthy. When it all comes down to it, you should be doing it for yourself. You need to WANT to change.

you're going to be and let your inner strength shine!"

Sometimes I take a "mini" workout break, other times I force myself to do my workout. I find that in getting it done I feel soooo much better than if I don’t do it at all.
